Return something to a shop

Hi, I bought these headphones here on Saturday, and they're already broken. The left side doesn't work at all. There's no sound, just a strange noise, like the sea.

Here's the receipt. I paid by card. I only used them twice, on the bus to work, so I don't think it's my fault. They were in their box the rest of the time.

Can I get a refund? Or, if you have the same model, I'm happy to exchange them. Actually, a refund is better. I think I want a different brand now! Thanks for your help, and sorry, I know it's really busy today.

Hello, I'm calling about my order. The parcel arrived this morning, but it's the wrong size. I ordered a medium jacket, and this is extra large. It's like a tent! My flatmate laughed for ten minutes.

Hi, can I return this toaster, please? I bought it here last week for my brother's birthday. He opened it last night and tried it. I think it's broken.
